Return and Refund Period

A period of 30 days from the date of purchase is allocated for you to request a return or refund.
To commence the return or refund process, it is imperative that you contact us within 48 to 72 hours following the receipt of your item.

Return Process

Should your item arrive in a damaged or defective condition, we shall cover the expenses for return shipping.
If you reconsider your purchase and wish to return the item, you will be accountable for the return shipping expenses.
