What is the total delivery time?
Our order processing time is 1 business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination.
Our total estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days (1 business day processing + 2-4 business days transit).

Is it possible to canel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us for the cancellation before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and ideally in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Following the receipt of your return, we will send you an email to confirm your refund.
